Roles and Responsibilities

• In charge of evaluating, conceptualizing, negotiating and managing commercial agreements
• Render legal support on different strategic projects, often working under tight schedules
• Work closely with founders, management and external advisors
• Continuously improve the contracts and legal practices of the company

What are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience
• A graduate of a TOP tier University with top academics
• Experience in Top Corporate or Law firm or as in-house Lawyer

Mindsent and Attitude

• Ambitious, self-driven and target-oriented with a hands-on can-do attitude

• Can thrive in a fast-paced team environment

• Fast learner and flexible to an ever-evolving oepration process

Skill Sets

• Excellent written and spoken English
