Financial Reporting and Accounting Manager

As we continue to expand our business, we continue to look for the best and brightest to drive strategic business decisions. To this end, the ZEN team is looking for a Financial Reporting and Accounting Manager to join them in BGC, the Philippines. This is a new role reflecting the growing team, and will report directly to the VP of Finance and BI.

Responsibilities

• Own the group’s financial reporting and accounting process and related deliverables
• Build scalable accounting and reporting processes to support global growth
• Assist with technical accounting analysis
• Maintain updated finance policies and procedures
• Coordinate the planning and execution of statutory audits with external auditors
• Recruit, develop & retain a growing team of analysts
• Provide ad-hoc financial analyses, business cases and presentations to the executive committee members

What profile are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• Graduated in Business, Finance or related from TOP 3 universities. CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in one of the following: Corporate Finance, Banking, Financial Reporting or Consulting
• Team management experience is required

Skill Sets

• Advanced Excel skills and excellent computer literacy
• Excellent quantitative skills
• Ability to be flexible and comfortable with changing requirements.
• Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
