Responsibilities:
- Be the driver of key recruitment in the company
- Actively scout and hire superstar candidates to managerial positions across the region for various departments such as Operations, Finance, Business Intelligence, Hotel Operations, Business Development, and Marketing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various key central positions
- Reporting to the VP Regional Operations and perform ad-hoc assignments related to HR
- Create a system enabling efficient sourcing and hiring of candidates
- Lead a Talent Acquisition team across Southeast Asia
Minimum Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Academic and Work Experience
- Excellent academic background
- Minimum 3 years of experience at leading a headhunting firm
- Has experience in personally hiring top-notch candidates for C-level positions
Mindset and Attitude
- Highly motivated and hungry for growth
- Proactive in taking up tasks and making sure they are finished immediately
- Open to take in responsibility and work on multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints
- Ready to experience the fast pace and growth of Ecommerce start-up
