ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Key Account Manager to make an impact on the customer service of the company.
About the role
The Key Account Manager will be the one in charge of managing the relationships of the different partner hotels nationwide. He will be the one to make a drastic impact on the customer service of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Point person of the relationship among the partner hotels
- Maintains a good relationship with ZEN Room partner hotels.
- Monitors guest reviews for ZEN Rooms PH and finds quick solutions to avoid similar experiences/ reviews.
- Maintains or improves ratings of partner hotels.
- Understand complex financial reconciliation and explain them to partners.
- Strengthens ZEN Rooms brand visibility in partner hotels.
- Ensures that hotel concerns are resolved swiftly and accurately.
Minimum Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Academic/Professional Background
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have prior experience in sales
Skillsets
- Good command in excel
- Superb financial skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills; able to analyze data and pinpoint trends
- Excellent negotiation skills
Mindset
- Highly motivated and dedicated to their job- willing to work weekends etc to achieve expected goals & targets.
- People-oriented to coordinate and manage a variety of relationships
