Job Description
- Report primarily to Head of Hotel Operations and secondary to Account Manager
- Onboarding of all new hotels nationwide (audit, photo shoot, extranet training, branding)
- Work in improving customer satisfaction in all partner hotels nationwide
- Facilitate improvement of partner hotels’ facilities and training of their staff
- Installation of ZEN Rooms branding materials in all partner hotels
- Assist in photo shoots/photo editing for the company (edited)
- Supervision of duties, performance of all hotel staff
- Coordinate between ZEN Rooms and hotel ownership
- Monitor and consolidate all sources of income
- Ensure that the quality standards of ZEN Rooms are applied and maintained
- Monitor guest satisfaction and react quickly in case of bad feedback
- Compile duty schedules of all hotel staff
- Decide on requests for vacation leave, sick leave etc.
- Decide on requests for replenishment of hotel supplies
- Ensure that all departments are efficient and functional
- Guide the recruitment process for new staff when needed
- Monitor the correct use of hotel equipment, supplies, resources
- Ensure that the property rules and regulations are enforced correctly
- Receive and review expense reports, requests for petty cash replenishment etc.
- Plan schedules and budget for property improvement works
- Responsible for special maintenance fund and allocate when needed
- Receive cash from sales from the front desk and store it safely in the vault
- Hold one set of room keys (spare copy) to be only used in case of emergency
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS HRM or any business related courses
- Must have at least 10 year(s) experience as Hotel Manager
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of performance, sustained customer satisfaction and consistently achieving business goals
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to maximize use of new technologies for you and your team.
- Able to demonstrate company Behavioral competencies and Leadership and Management standards.
- Currently residing in Davao and can speak the dialect
