Job Description
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, and/or chats (60% - international customers/partners, 40% - Filipino Customers)
- Attend and resolve customer / partners inquiries
- Identify new methods to improve the service to the customers and the team
- Coordinate with Regional Corporate Sales and Account Management team
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years College/ University degree
- Minimum 1 year CSR experience in a BPO Industry
- Preferably with hotel reservation experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Pro-active and self-driven
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervisor
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work in Makati area
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
