Job Description
- Work closely with business teams to identify important questions/problems/opportunities and answer them with data
- Apply statistical and econometric models on large datasets to: i) measure results and outcomes, ii) identify causality relationships, iii) predict future performance
- Developing positive relationships with higher management and become a trusted partner for strategy and decision making
- Improve our data management and visualization tooling and platform
- Recruit and lead a team of high-performing business analysts
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials (GPA in top 20% of class) in a quantitative or business field
- 4+ years experience in business intelligence, data management and analytics at startups, consulting or leading digital companies
- You are analytical, data-driven and have a problem solving attitude
- Have an inquisitive nature in diving into data inconsistencies to identify and solve issues
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints
- Professional experience in Excel, SQL, BI Tools (Tableau/Qlik/Power BI) and any programming language
- The ability to communicate results clearly and a focus on driving impact
- Must be willing to work in Makati
