Job Description
- Drive full-cycle recruitment process to find and retain talents (all levels)
- Create a full-cycle process to find and recruit talents, identify key sourcing channels and most efficient screening, interviewing practices
- Work with Division Managers to Identify recruitment needs and priorities
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience and strategic future focussed hiring
- Help in sourcing talents
- Manage onboarding of new hires
- Issue employment contracts
- Analyse employment contracts and see what can be improved
- Coordinate with resignation/firing of employees
- Attend to employee's HR-related issues and concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa
- Able to work in a team, in a diverse multinational company
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in employee experience related roles
- Creativity in solving HR-related problems
- Knowledge of Indonesian Labor legislation
- Able to work independently or with minimum supervision
- Degree in psychology preferred, but other degrees welcome as well
- Self-starter, driven and ability to work with ambiguity
- Able to operate Microsoft office
- Creative and with sense of humor!
