Job Description
- Deals with customer enquiries.
- Solves customers/partners problems.
- Strives to exceed expectations of our customers and the team.
- Works in an international environment.
- Communicates with sales and account management teams across 8 countries of ZEN Rooms operation.
- Manages communication with customers (60% - international customers/partners).
- Identifiesnew opportunities to improve the way the job is performed and in the way the customer and team are served.
- Submits deliverables and accountable to colleagues for the success of the team.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Experience in handling direct customer service support is a plus.
- Pro-active and self-driven students and graduates with hands-on can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Willing to work in shift schedule
- Able to change procedures to fit an ever evolving operation process.
- Good computer skills to deal with a number of on-line applications, websites and in-house IT systems.
