ZEN Rooms, build by Rocket Internet who successfully build Zalora, Lazada and FoodPanda before, throw a newest industry on budget hotel market. Realizing what customers really looking for in accommodation, ZEN Rooms creates several standard and help small hotel to grown and satisfy customers.
As a Account Manager, you will be ZEN Rooms representative to hotel partners. You will be the face of ZEN Rooms. You will create, develop and maintain an amazing mutual relationship with hotel partners and make sure all the risk could happen in future well handled.
We will happy to welcome us to our team if you are self motivated person, reliable person and good in maintain relationship. The most important quality that we are looking for is commitment to make company growing bigger. Futhermore, you have to be always confident and comfortable with a leader role.
Responsibilities
- Create, building, manage and maintaining relationship with hotel partners.
- Ensure each hotel partner have a ZEN Rooms standard to satisfy customers
- Ensure each hotel have ZEN Rooms branding materials and well placed.
- Closed every problems and risk that might cause hotel cancel or stop partnership.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Minimum 2 years experience as a an account executive in Hotel Industry or as Business Development in similar business.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good in negotiation
- Excellent in problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking
- Willing to travel around Indonesia
Minimum Qualifications
