Job Description
- Manage Multiple stores under an area of responsibility
- Analyze business direction based on Profits and Losses reports
- Maintain business standard in all branches under jurisdiction
- Guide Store and Kitchen Managers in branches
Minimum Qualifications
- Personality Traits: Fun Energetic Outgoing/Friendly
- Positive/Good Natured/Pleasant
- SMILINGNeat and Well Groomed
- Has good oral and written communication skills (English and Filipino, plus local dialect where applicable)
- At least 2 years experience as a Multi Unit Manager.
- Proficient in Restaurant PNL Management.
- College graduate: HRM/Management/Other Business Courses
- Mindful demeanor (says please, excuse me, thank you, respectful when speaking, listens before speaking, does not interrupt others and other similar traits)
- Confident but not arrogant
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other basic computer applications
- Has excellent track record of performance and results in terms of:
- Multi Unit Level leadership
- Recruitment of Managers/Supervisors
- Training and Leadership Development
- Performance Management
- Decision Making: Professional and Personal
- Has a clear personal and professional plan that is aligned to the opportunities that the company provides
- Has sufficient local store marketing knowledge, skills and experience
- Passionate about quality, customer service and hospitality
- Has sound understanding and appreciation of entrepreneurship/sound business sense
