Job Description
As a Management Trainee in ZAP, you will be exposed to all facets of the company – From merchant and user acquisition, to merchant engagement, accounts management, customer satisfaction and everything in between.

In 6 months working in this position, the expectation is for you to gain experience in business, expand your business network in the F&B industry, and most important, learn that you can get ahead in business doing the right thing. Specifically, here are a few things to expect in your first 6 months:
- Increase your business network by meeting 100 business owners/ operators/ managers
- Understand challenges facing the F&B industry from business owners themselves
- Be knowledgeable about digital solutions (and alternatives) for F&B industry
- Be able to navigate bureaucracy and understand decision making process of businesses
- Work with a team that cares about you. Our team leaders have successful track records when it comes to building careers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Caring, curious, and articulate.
- Self-directed and able to carry out responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-focused, team-oriented, and has a strong work ethic.
