Inbound Supervisor

Overview

ZALORA is looking for a Warehouse Inbound Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing receiving and inspection of all incoming deliveries based on company standards. Ensure that actual deliveries tallies with POs and DR and inbounded in the system.

Other responsibilities of the role includes:

• Responsible for a safe working environment.
• Materials, supplies, and equipment are available.
• Housekeeping is maintained and implemented through 5S initiatives.
• Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of team members, including work assignment and attendance monitoring; providing input into selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work group.
• All items received are inbounded.
• Coordinate and communicate with Buyers regarding delivery/quality issues.
• Issues are resolved and communicated on time.
• Speedy and accurate inbounding of all deliveries received from Supplier.
• Ensure accuracy of all information pertaining to all goods received during inbound (barcode, color, description, etc.).
• Quality control and inspection.
• Conducts audit and inspection of all delivered goods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure quality inspection is enforced by team.
• Timely reporting of all quality-related issues.
• Direct personnel engaged in receiving, inbounding and inspection of all goods delivered.
• Ensure deliveries are inbounded on-time and as fast as possible.
• Daily completion and compliance of 5S Audit.
• Generate reports pertaining to 5S.
• Ensure all equipment are maintained and calibrated on-time.

What are we looking for:

• Two or more year experience in shoes and apparels industry.
• With knowledge in ISO and Quality Control.
• Sound knowledge in quality management and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in Barcoding
• Familiarity in Warehouse Operations ( Department Store Environment)
• Familiarity in 3rd Party Environment (FMCG)
• Computer Literate ( MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access)
• Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications and familiarity with the internet and email communications
• Excellent communication, technical writing and solid presentation skills. Has strong analytical and customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must excel at multi-tasking and pay great attention to detail.
• Dynamic and pro-active.
• High level of passion to learn new things and adapt to a challenging task.
