Job Description
- Assists management and departments in running and ensuring of smooth daily operations.
- Attends to clients and customers’ enquiries through calls and e-mails and other communication channels.
- Coordinates and processes new applications and requests.
- Assists in efficiently resolving customer’s issues by providing prompt follow ups and accurate feedback.
- Provides customers’ feedback to respective business partners in order to improve overall customer experience.
- Assists to perform billing adjustments and other related billing transactions.
- Conduct periodic reviews, updates regarding existing procedures and provides operations and other necessary reports.
- Ensures all details provided to customers are correct and strictly adheres to company guidelines.
- Continually improve service levels and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Performs other job related responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Manager/Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's/College Degree, any discipline.
- Native Japanese speaker or equivalent is a must.
- At least one (1) year of working experience in customer service/operation is preferred however fresh graduate may apply.
- Good communication skills, service-oriented and a team player with positive work attitude.
- Able to solve complex issues and manage stress effectively.
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.
- Willing to work overtime and flexible hours when required.
