Job Description
- Collates departmental quality objectives
- Conducts validation of monitoring methods for declared departmental quality objectives
- Conducts validation of attainment of the department against submitted validation records
- Submits Quality Objectives Report on time
- Perform analysis on gathered data/results
- Conducts follow up with respective department heads for issued CPARs
- Conducts follow up verification for Corrective and Preventive Action Request by gathering objective evidence for declared corrective actions
- Ensures that the Quality Management System particularly Departmental Quality Objectives is implemented, functional and effective
- Completes projects assigned by the Quality Assurance Supervisor
- Assists the Quality Assurance Supervisor in ensuring that QMS processes are implemented and maintained
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course;
- Familiar with ISO 9001;2008 QMS or with at least 6 months work experience of the same field;
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy, effective interpersonal relationship;
- Strong time management skills coupled with the ability to work independently and in an organized manner, high proficiency in computation, knowledge in database management;
