Job Description
- Responsible for the in-depth process analysis of Transport accounts
- Ensures that the identified task in the roll-out of TMS Project Gantt Chart is completed on-time
- Acts as the "super user" of standard TMS
- Acts as the Training Facilitator of TMS training to account super users
- Prepares the TMS Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Conducts TMS refresher course training
- In-charge for the research and implementation of latest technology in the transport operations in the partnership with the transport operations team and IT
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably Industrial Engineering or management course
- At least two (2) years experience as Supervisor in transport operations which includes the use of Transport Management System (TMS)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Drawing of diagram, process flows using Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of TMS
