Job Description
- Collates departmental quality objectives
- Conducts validation of monitoring methods for declared departmental quality objectives
- Conducts validation of attainment of the department against submitted validation records
- Submits Quality Objectives Report on time
- Perform analysis on gathered data/results
- Conducts follow up with respective department heads for issued CPARs
- Conducts follow up verification for Corrective and Preventive Action Request by gathering objective evidence for declared corrective actions
- Ensures that the Quality Management System particularly Departmental Quality Objectives is implemented, functional and effective
- Completes projects assigned by the Quality Assurance Supervisor
- Assists the Quality Assurance Supervisor in ensuring that QMS processes are implemented and maintained
Minimum Qualifications
- A Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS, Quality Audit, or Quality Improvement
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Suite Proggrams)
- Knows how to operate office equipment
- Possesses the following skills and traits (Problem-solving and decision-making skills, Ability to work with a Team, Good verbal and written communication skills, has good attention to details, Analytical skills and Time Management skills)
- Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate data
- Able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems
- High proficiency in computation
