Job Description
- Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting and enforcing system standards.
- Implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current network environment
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborationg with IT Infra Team on network optimization.
- Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
- Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects
- Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy
- Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
- Provide remote support to on-site IT Infra Staff and end users during installation or troubleshooting
Minimum Qualifications
- A Graduate of any IT Course related to IT Networking
- At least 2 years experience as IT Network Engineer
- Preferrably has a Valid Driver's License
Has knowledge in the following:
- LAN/WAN
- Proxy Servers
- Firewall Configuration (Fortinet)
- Networking knowledge (Data & Voce - including PABX systems)
- Network Design & Implementation
- Network Troubleshooting
- Network Hardware Configuration & Network Performance Tuning
