Job Description

About the Position

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Analyst to become part of the team and play a vital role in growing the business, while shaping our online presence. You will be part of a young, ambitious and fast-paced entrepreneurial organization. Based in Jakarta, you will be focused on conquering the Indonesian market.

Responsibilities

Our Commercial Analyst will have the following responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team on the administrative side
  • Make planning and mapping for our ~120 fte sales team
  • Check and manage daily reports from the field sales team
  • Make reports and analyse data wrt sales performance
  • Calculate monthly performance against targets and calculate bonuses
  • Check salary and bonus calculations of agency
  • Be ready to jump in and help out on many other admin related topics

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes;
  • Neat and diligent, has an eye for detail;
  • Good with numbers and basic calculus;
  • Can organize his/her own work in a structured manner;
  • Strong feeling of responsibility;
  • Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills, Independence and confident
  • Demonstrated strong execution skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality;
  • High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business.
