Job Description
- Complete checking & resolution of all open orders before delivery departure
- Basic administrative duties (answering phone, calling customers, filing, etc.)
- Communicate on a regular basis with truck drivers and workers
- Verify driver paperwork for accuracy
- Dispatching of routes
- Completion of time sensitive reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- At least high school graduate and/or Vocational graduate;
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or trucking environment;
- Reliable, organized, have great attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Multi-tasking ability;
- Strong verbal, written and math skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
