Job Description
- Customer service techniques and knowledge of supervisory practices and principles when making sales decisions or establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates.
- Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals.
- Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences.
- Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required.
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics, and other key data.
- Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion.
- Report unusual activity to supervisors.
- Expedite requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a business related field as well as experience in sales or promotion.
- Hard working and persistently focused on achieving results, even when under pressure.
- Specialised knowledge in order to create, develop and implement sales strategies in an organization.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and methods for specialized and/or technical products.
- Knowledge of product selection and purchasing practices.
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
- Skill in dealing with the public; knowledge of and proven ability to apply customer service techniques.
- Skill in preparing and analyzing complex technical specifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
