E-commerce Marketing Manager  

Poundit.com is looking for a tech-savvy E-commerce Marketing Manager with great marketing chops, passion for creativity and storytelling, can strategize/plan and execute, and has a get shit done attitude. The person in this role will help develop the Poundit brand, creatively communicate with our customers, and use an innovate approach for growth. As the E-commerce Marketing Manager, the ability to organize and interpret data is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the overall Poundit marketing strategy to increase visits, conversion, and profitability
• Plan and drive execution of marketing initiatives working with internal/external support teams while orchestrating project management, integration, performance monitoring, reporting, and optimization
• Manage marketing initiatives across all digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, Social, FB Ads, Email, Display, Retargeting, Affiliates, Content, Influencers, Partnerships, PR, Offline, etc.
• Set target for marketing campaigns, measure effectiveness, and iterate for better results
• Work with Graphic Designers on developing marketing materials that align with branding and are high converting
• Maintain working knowledge on best practices and latest industry trends in digital marketing
• Identify and reach out to potential affiliates, influencers, and partners
• Develop, plan, and execute co-marketing or sponsored campaigns for partner brands

• Proficient knowledge of consumer electronics marketing and merchandising
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or other E-commerce Platform(s)
• Thinking strategically AND roll up your sleeves to get things done
• Excellent work ethic, attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Past campaign success stories with excellent results
• Highly analytical with experience organizing and interpreting data to achieve results
