HR Recruitment Officer shall professionalize the end-to-end process of recruiting to placement, ensuring that stakeholders achieve a satisfactory experience in the hiring and on-boarding process. S/he shall provide support and assistance to particular OD (organization development) work on competency identification and assessment for career development, compensation surveys and benchmarking, creation of job description and job evaluation, employee training and learning programs, among others.
S/he shall provide support and assistance to HR projects focusing on creation of job description, job evaluation and assessment/key indicators for career development
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
