Job Description
The Sourcing Associate will be responsible for the following:
- Handle various sourcing channels to source qualified candidates for manpower requirements.
- Pre-screen applicants and schedule them for interview.
- Maintain applicant database for tracking progress of candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any of the following:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Studies
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Psychology or equivalent
- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably 1-4 years of work experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
