- Maintain the books of clients specifically.
- Be responsible for Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and Bank reconcilitation cloud accounting software such as XERO, MYOB, Quickbooks, etc.
- Do Australian taxation for filing BAS for business or individual.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or any equivalent course.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Banking/Financial Services or its equivalent.
- Solid work experience in payroll, bank reconcialiation, and accounts payable.
- Knowledgeable with Australian Taxation is a plus.
- Skilled in accounting, general accounting, and cloud accounting like XERO, MYOB, Quickbooks, etc.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can work with a team.
- Willing to learn the latest accounting software and other accounting essential systems.
- Willing to work in Fairview, Quezon City (near SM Fairview and Commonwealth Hospital).
