Job Description

Recruiting process:

  • Responsible for providing first level support including answering telephone calls, written inquiries, data management, following a script and a checklist.
  • Administer and coordinate candidate’s applications, supporting technical needs, giving advice, assisting with application completion, monitoring progress and follow up on recruitment process to successful completion of hiring.
  • Initiating contact with candidates to assist with the recruitments process via telephone or emails.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity in the human resources information system to develop consistency.

Customer service:

  • Responsible for providing first level support including answering telephone calls, written inquiries, data management, following a script and a checklist.
  • Managing customer’s expectation, building relationship with new clients following new customer procedure and a script.
  • Following up with customer’s satisfaction after receiving the service and providing feedback to head office.
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills.
  • Able to explain and sell the company policy to clients.

  • Achieve recruitment goals and targets

Sourcing of applicants

  • Administer and coordinate candidate's applications, supporting technical needs, giving advice, assisting with application completion, monitoring progress and follow-up on recruitment process to successful completion of hiring.
  • Initiating contact with candidates to assist with the requirements process via telephone, text messages or emails.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity in the human resources information system to develop consistency.
  • Ensure data entry to YML recruitment database
  • Responsible for providing first level support including the following: answering telephone calls, written inquiries, data management, following script and a checklist.
  • Ensure effective, efficient and consistent implementation of clients need

Conducts candidate screening

  • Evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates for YML or client requirements
  • Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications
  • Participate in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/ demands of hiring accounts
  • Facilitate and discuss job offers
  • Prepares daily and weekly reports based on function and needs (e.g. attending meetings, call-outs etc.)
  • Contribute and develop continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives benefiting business and employees

Onboarding of new hires

  • Endorsement of new hires for pre-employment examination and requirements
  • Enrollment of new hires to company and government offices
  • Conduct daily checking of attendance of employees
  • Conducts quarterly performance review and follow-up with employees, immediate superior and counterparts
  • Assist in YML employee events and coordination
  • Assist in YML monthly huddle preparation and tasks
  • Assist in Employment verification for employees
  • Archiving and documenting of HR employee data
  • Performs other tasks that superior may assign

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required Skills: Talent Acquisition, General Human Resources, Customer Service, excellent communication skills
  • Required language: English
  • Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
  • Knowledge in local and foreign HR process and procedures
  • Ability to produce solutions to moderately complex problems
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a complex changing environment
  • Ability to work independently, highly organized, able to handle multiple requirements
  • With clear demonstration of team work, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capacity
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Regalado Ave., Fairview, Quezon City
