Account Manager  

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Ensure routine alignment with client in terms of program milestones and identify areas of improvement

Output Delivery Management

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Ensure operations excellence by implementing and formulating control measures and policies
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Preparing of Proof of Executions and Billings as needed per Program

Acquisition and Account Planning Management

• Develop new business with existing clients
• Meet with prospect client and identify trade marketing service that would best fit the requirement
• Ensure profitability through well researched cost estimates and identifying strategic partnerships with suppliers
• Create proposals based on client briefing of RFQ (Request for Quotation)

• Proven experience as Account Manager & Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
