IT Lead

Yeaps has an immediate opening under its Corporate Technology group, which aims to empower each and every employee to reach their full potential through technology.

Responsibilities:

Operational

• Provide hardware and software support for employees
• Manage user profiles, software licenses, devices, wired and wireless network access for employees
• Train and onboard new hires with the use of corporate technology such hardware and software
• Manage local area network hardware and software including network security, firewalls, switches, access points, and other network management tasks
• Manage inventory and asset tracking documentation for existing and future IT hardware, software, and licenses
• Source and procure all IT assets requirements across business units

Strategic Development

• Identify business challenges and propose solutions to address them
• Collaborate across departments to drive digital transformation.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, Economics, or other related fields
• Passionate about technology
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn basic programming and scripting

Preferred

• 1+ year experience using an Enterprise Cloud Service
• Working knowledge in network administration and security
• Working knowledge in Microsoft 365 administration

Bonus Skills

• Experience writing code/scripts in C# and/or PowerShell
• Experience creating and consuming Power BI reports
• Working knowledge in enterprise development methodologies
