Job Description
- Proficient in recommending and delivering digital communications and training across staff and customer channels in market
- Collaborative to ensure alignment with Digital Rewiring/Change Lead as well as COE strategy and plans
- Create and manage market’s digital communications/training calendar, assessing effectiveness, and adjusting based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Bringing content and delivery expertise to ensure optimum effectiveness of communications
- Assessing and communicating effectiveness through a variety of feedback mechanisms
- Provides subject matter expertise and tactical communication support (such as Graphic Design, Editorial, Brand, Video Production, Digital, etc.) to deliver high-quality, integrated communication solutions.
- Positively influencing, supporting and communicating digital change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
- Develops cross-channel content (brochures, letters, web articles, video, social content, games, quizzes, digital signage, etc.)
- Serves as a point person and to provide regular reporting of Digital Rewiring/Change activity
- Supports clients.
- Leads assigned projects.
- Manages programs
Minimum Qualifications
- With 3 years related experience
- Full proficiency in one or more digital functions
- Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels
- Strong understanding of technology language and use of applications in business
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
- Comprehensive understanding of the market, users, and roadmap of the product/application
- Understanding of the product lifecycle
- Working experience using agile methodologies, industry standards and best practices
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business delivery teams, leadership, senior management and internal/external stakeholders
- Proven ability to clearly define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with team members and clients from globally diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple/competing projects and assignments
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office suite, and applicable databases
