Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our fast-growing organisation based in Davao. You will be working with Australian clients and using the latest Cloud technologies to deliver our services. We provide our staff with training and development, with the opportunity to travel to Australia to work on-site with our Clients. Your salary will be commensurate with your experience level and adaptability to our work requirements. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establish/maintain employee records in the system and ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and done in a timely manner
- Process payroll on a weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly basis whilst ensuring the accuracy of payroll data
- Generate payroll report such as PAYG & Superannuation on a monthly and/or quarterly basis
- Support the Payroll Manager in tracking the employee issues and queries, and other payroll related matters

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for the role, you must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Technology / Business Administration/ Finance or any related field
- 1-2 years experience in payroll administration, preferably with previous exposure to Australian payroll administration and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements & Awards, Superannuation, PAYG and EOFY Payment Summaries*
- Demonstrable knowledge of cloud-based payroll systems and reporting i.e. Keypay, Xero and/or Quickbooks
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize jobs
- Ability to handle work under pressure and meet all deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment whilst showing initiative and drive
- Unquestionable integrity and the ability to maintain confidential payroll data
*Knowledge in Australian payroll is not a requirement, but the candidate must demonstrate willingness to learn and the ability to learn quickly.
