Job Description
- Thai speaking call center agents who will take in calls, answer emails, and live chats from our Thai customers.
- Successful applicants are going to assist our customers in their concerns regarding orders and / or product orders via call or email.
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into system
- Opdate existing customer information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in the English language, both oral and written and must have 1-year working experience in call center.
- Well-versed in the English/Thai language, both in oral and written and must be keen in details.
- He/she must be willing to work on a rotational shift and can work even on weekends and holidays.
