Job Description
- Conducts training and orientation for 5s, safety and KAIZEN;
- Coordinates all environmental, health and safety training programs;
- Initiates investigation of accidents and submit reports and analysis of accidents;
- Evaluate and monitors inventory of factory supplies and other stocks used in KAIZEN activties;
- Oversee stock room operations and recommend measures to improve quality, increase efficiency and work performance;
- Will act as KAIZEN secretariat.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
- With at least one (1) year work experience in total production management gained in a manufacturing set up
- With strong analytical and planning skills
- Extensive communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in KAIZEN and ISO standards
- With knowledge in inventory management
- Having a background in doing manufacturing budgeting and expense is an advantage
- With basic knowledge in machine maintenance and fabrication processes
