Job Description
- Conducts training and orientation for 5s, Safety, and KAIZEN;
- Coordinates all environmental, health, and safety training programs;
- Initiates investigation of accidents and submit reports and analysis of accidents;
- Evaluate and monitors inventory of factory supplies and other stocks used in KAIZEN activities;
- Oversee stock room operations and recommends measures to improve quality, increase efficiency and work performance;
- Will act as KAIZEN secretariat.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably an Industrial Engineer graduate
- With at least one (1) year experience in total production management gained in a manufacturing set up
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Extensive communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in KAIZEN and ISO standards
- With knowledge of inventory management
- Having a background in doing manufacturing budgeting and expense is a plus
- Has basic knowledge in machine maintenance and fabrication processes
