Job Description
- Supervise area's progress in terms of productivity, quality, and improvements
- Ensures full implementation and compliance with QA rule and ISO standards in GENBA
- Inform leaders of new updates from the management, either product or system related
- Conducts performance review of employees
- Check and reviews operation standards and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any engineering course, preferably Industrial Engineering
- With a minimum of 2-years experience as a supervisor gained in a manufacturing set up
- Knowledgeable on the principle of KAIZEN, 5s, and TPM
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
