Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulation.
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any equivalent course
- At least two (2) years experience in handling different facets of human resources functions
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills and thorough follow through are absolute requirements;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently as well as with co-workers, peers, supervisors and external customers;
- Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and adapt to changes in responsibilities and workloads in a fast-paced environment;
- Must possess a high degree of urgency and self-motivation.
