Job Description
- Control inventory relevant to reception area i.e. medicines and office supplies.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Answer telephone, screen & direct calls; take & relay messages.
- Greet persons entering organization and to correct destination.
- Coordinate conference room reservations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a Registered Nurse.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work morning shift in Makati.
