Job Description
- Manage a team of game developers, designers, artists and external testers to create and maintain highly engaging casual games, mobile apps and web entertainment products.
- Liaise with local and international partners to ensure requirements and project schedules are clearly defined and executed.
- Track and prioritize projects from conceptualization to completion, deployment and maintenance using project management best practices to ensure that business objectives are met.
- Ensure that products are of top-quality, scalable and robust for public publishing before commercial launch by defining quality assurance and quality control measures and by making sure that they are executed consistently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years experience as Project manager in the software production industry, with at least 1 year experience in Agile software development.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, detail-oriented, team player and an excellent motivator.
- Comfortable and adept in project management tools such as Redmine, JIRA, Assembla, Gantter or MS Project.
