Graphic Designer  

We are looking for full-time artists who can design for a variety of platforms including print, web and mobile applications.

As a visual designer, your essential job functions are:

• Translate XScribe’s technical capabilities, client requirements and user needs into appealing, engaging and easy to use interfaces
• Ensure a visual consistency in all marketing and sales materials (E.g. calling cards, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, company website)
• Define a visual language and design guidelines for products and websites. This includes exporting design assets and creating style guides for the developers.
• Maintain a clear vision of your priorities while being in an iterative environment

Members of the design team will be highly encouraged to practice an empathic and user-centered approach to design; to learn new methods of thinking and efficient workflow while also striving to elevate the creative standards of the organization.

• At least 2 years experience in a technology, advertising or design agency
• A good foundation in design, particularly layout, iconography and typography
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Good work ethics
• A positive and steadfast attitude
• Openness to learning new areas of graphic design
• A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills

These qualifications are not required, but highly considered as well:

• Bachelor's or an equivalent degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising or multimedia design
• Experience in UI/UX design (web design, software design, creation of user flows, wireframes and hi-fidelity screens)
• Experience in print design
• Experience in photo touch-up/manipulation
• An understanding of the user interface design processes and methodology
• Expertise or familiarity in HTML and CSS
• Proficiency in the English language
• Solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
