Job Description
- Follow up documentation with other departments.
- Handle, maintain, file and archive documents such as corporate minutes, loan agreements, insurance, lease, banking details and legal documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Assist in planning appointments and meetings.
- Assist in providing documents and information to external advisers and government authorities when required.
- Monitor office supplies and able to manage cost effective suppliers.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organised and easily accessible
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 yr experience in General Affair
- Diploma in Business Administration will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP, MS Office products)
- Basic office management skills. Basic understanding of commercial and business principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- High EQ levels and outstanding interpersonal skills
