Job responsibilities
- To developing BigCommerce platform for e-commerce websites.
- To deliver fast loading, responsive, and highly functional website
- To implement SEO/CRO best practices in BigCommerce sites
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in e-commerce web/app development
- Extensive experience with BigCommerce stencil framework
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ECMAScript 5 & 6, and responsive design
- Knowledge on testing and debugging using browser console and external tools
- Proficient with developing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Knowledge of speed optimization of BigCommerce stores
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of BigCommerce properties, API, and Meta fields
- Advance knowledge of version control systems such as Git, SVN
- Familiarity with SEO/CRO practices
- Logical thinker
