Google Ads Specialist  

We’re seeking a Google Ads specialist responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns within a fast paced agency environment. As a Google Ads specialist, you must be well-versed in digital marketing best practices.

You will need to know how to create compelling ads that will catch the attention of potential customers while also driving conversions. The candidate also needs to know how to effectively manage client budgets so they can maximize ROAS and drive down CPA’s.

Ideally the candidate will be a highly motivated individual who’s an ambitious, hungry individual who’s looking to progress within the Paid Advertising Space.

You will be responsible for:

• Deploying and managing PPC budgets across multiple brands and markets within the Google Ads ecosystem

• Working extensively with data to identify issues and opportunities

• Carrying out campaign experiments, A/B testing and

• Analyzing performance data to identify trends and patterns in order to improve campaign effectiveness

• Creating and managing landing pages and conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to measure campaign effectiveness

• Creating reports detailing campaign results and making recommendations for future campaigns

• Researching new advertising opportunities and providing recommendations to clients on which ones are best for the company’s goals

Essential Skills:

• Experience with both eCommerce as well as lead generation campaigns
• Experience with Google Shopping and Google Merchant Centre
• Google Ads Editor
• Ability to set-up and manage conversion tracking

Advantageous

• Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
• Experience with Optmyzr and CRMs such as HubSpot, Sales Force
• Experience with heatmap and click tracking software such as MS Clarity
• Experience with Performance Max Campaign management
• Programmatic display experience
