Product Owner  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To be able to work in an agile Scrum environment that share resources and experience to get projects across the line.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD) for each project
• Assist the project manager in preparing project requirements, resource, scheduling, and client handling reports and meetings
• Lead, manage, and collaborate with the client, customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are well-defined and that the vision is aligned with the project objectives.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
• Gather, analyze, and distribute intelligence on products, competitors, and customer behaviour across different platforms to drive product and business decision-making
• Continuously monitor and update product backlog to identify top priority tactical goals for immediate development and release
• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
• Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows
• Define clear and well-scoped requirement documents that are easily understood by a technical and non-technical audience
• Communicate product value and methods of use to business partners and clients through documentation and consultation.

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Product Owner that will handle all client communications with the project manager and assist in managing the productivity and efficiency of the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Familiarity with SCRM and other agile methodologies
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to details, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fast learner that can thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Data-driven that loves digging into the data to understand and define what is happening and measure success on every project
• Passionate in identifying new ways to help the team be effective
