Job Description
- Assesses training and development needs of assigned team through organizational and task assessments and regular consultation with the Training Manager and supervisory personnel in order to determine training needs.
- Develops training modules and programs geared toward addressing the team's needs and according to the instructions of the Training Manager.
- Monitors and reviews the progress of training participants by using exercises, exams, and simulations.
- Uses appropriate and helpful media in creating training materials and manuals.
- Conducts product knowledge courses where he/she teaches and coaches trainees, agents and the effective application of theories.
- Amends and revises programs as necessary, and as guided by the Training Manager, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
- Completes training-related tasks assigned by the Training Manager
- Cooperates and constructively communicates with the team in the completion of tasks assigned by the Training Manager
- Provides continuous feedback and suggestions in a professional manner for the improvement of the team
- Keeps up with developments in the area of expertise and aims for the continued development of skills by researching and attending relevant training or seminars.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a background in instruction/training in an adult learning environment preferably in the corporate, BPO or customer service industry.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills and good customer service orientation
- Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Required language(s): ENGLISH
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays; proven dependability regarding attendance and punctuality for a minimum of 3 months.
