Job Description
- Identify and initiate contact with potential customers to sell Reimage & eFix Software solutions primarly by telephone.
- Assist Customer Service agents when on duty with all sales related emails, phone calls, and instant chat messages.
- Handle voice and non-voice accounts for Japanese clients/customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has finished at least 2 years of college education, preferably in Sales and Marketing or any commerce related courses.
- At least 6 months telemarketing experience or any inbound or outbound sales experience.
- Fluent in Japanese language (preferably, Kanji but not required), both oral and written.
- Japanese nationals are strongly encouraged to apply (we will process all the necessary work papers/documents).
- Articulate in English.
- Confident, smart, and with a maturity to handle work pressure.
- Flexible and hardworking.
- Able to work varying shifts and accounts (voice and non-voice).
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- High attributes of initiative, leadership, and tenacity.
- Highly creative and equipped with a strategic mind and keen to details.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
Positions are all of full-time and permanent basis: no temporary employment contracts.
