Customer Sales Representative  

BASIC FUNCTION:

• Identify and initiate contact with potential customers to sell Reimage solutions primarily by telephone.
• Assist Customer Service Agents when on duty with all sales-related emails, phone calls, and instant chat messages.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up sales leads generated by daily license renewal report via telephone.
• Identify potential customers and follow up to achieve new sales or, wherever appropriate, request help in closing deals with Operations Manager.
• Provide trial software to customers via email with the aim of generating sales.
• Effectively assess customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Produce accurate written quotations and product summaries for customers.
• Assist in seeking and assessing customers' opinions regarding Reimage & eFix and its software products.
• Contribute to the planning of Customer Engagement activities.
• Initiate and carry out specific projects in accordance with Customer Support plans.
• Make recommendations and suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of own work or system set policies and procedures with regards to sales.
• Undertake other duties which may be necessary to ensure the effective operation of Reimage and eFix, which are commensurate with the grade of the post.

• 3 months or more experience in BPO Sales, Telesales, and/or Telemarketing accounts.
• Average English communications skills.
• Aggressive, persistent, highly-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
