Job Description
-Plan and create software architecture of the marketplace based on the product roadmap
-Maintain best practices on code development
-Build features based on product roadmap
-Plan and decide on tech stacks
-Lead and hire a team of 3-4 engineers
-Hire the right people for the right position based on the product roadmap
-Prioritize and monitor product backlog
Minimum Qualifications
-Minimum 4 years experienced in managing and scale up a marketplace engineering team to at least 4 reporting employees working on all levels of software stack: frontend, backend, security, and infrastructure
-Experience in managing end-to-end at least one marketplace model: frontend, backend, infrastructure, mobile app(s)
-Mastery of best practices for website performance, code quality, and scalability
-Mastery of best practices on programming strandards and patterns
-Mastery of an exellent software architecture
-Proficiency in Agile development methodology
-Strong in backend
-Show experience on driving and excuting product roadmaps
-Willingness to take innovative product risk while balancing the roadmap for on time deliverables
-Up for a challenge in a startup
-Plus point if experienced in React JS, Node JS
