Job Description
  • Researches potential clients and database generation
  • Books and Manages Company's annual events through marketing and promotion by means of telemarketing, email, fax marketing. If deemed necessary, does presentations
  • Provides account servicing tasks to clients and prospective clients
  • Develops and maintains client database
  • Prepares proposals and other correspondences in the like but not limited to, marketing materials such as lay-out; event fact sheet, association letter; sponsorship and solicitation letters; weekly reports
  • Coordinates with confirmed exhibitors, their necessary requirements
  • Corrdinates with the Marketing Department for Press Releases
  • Coordinates with Creative Department for the necessary requirements
  • Visits competitor events and submits reports in accordance to the strengths and weaknesses of the other shows
  • During pre-event and event proper, performs on-site task(s) assignment that may be assigned from time to time
  • Does post event reporting for submission to Top Management
  • Performs other assigned tasks that may be assigned from time to time
