Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Must be a graduate of Engineering or with background in any engineering related course
  • With knowledge about construction or office expansion
  • At least two years of work experience as an Engineer or Supervisor
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to deliver and implement learning programs
  • Energetic and enthusiastic to motivate and engage others
  • With strong interpersonal skills and credibility
Job Description
  • Oversees, directs and supervises general administrative staff for purchasing, billing, accountability, inventory, safety, and etc.
  • Creates and/or updates manuals and policies related to general administration activities such as Procurement Manual, Inventory Manual, and fixed asset manual and disposal policy
  • Initiates health and safety programs in the company
  • Maintains records of health cards/ certificates of employees by means of coordination with the company nurse
  • Ensures compliance with any related requirements for Business Permit, Sanitary Permit, etc.
  • Undertakes tasks and initiates strategies to ensure efficiency and cost savings
  • Manages big projects such as office expansion, purchases of office equipment, etc.
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
