- Receives PO from Sales
- Initiates contract review
- Creates Job Order and encodes new project in the project monitoring file
- Produces copy of Job Order
- Produces file folder for master copies
- Provides copy of Job Order to Engineering
- Secures receiving or transmittal from Engineering
- Asks commitment from Design Team for the drawing timeline for customer approval
- Commitment date will be placed in the project monitoring
- Monitors commitment date of the drawing
- Creates project timeline upon receipt of approved drawing
- Receives Material Requisition Form (MRF) from tendering (Components)
- Checks if material or components are available in the warehouse
- Hands over MRF to Accounting Department with target date that is ideal with the arrival of components from the supplier
- Provides target date of completion to Sales Coordinator
- Transmits Work Order and detailed drawing to Production Department
- Provides target completion date based on the projected project timeline
- Monitors the project in Production Department
- Monitors the arrival of component from the supplier
- Initiates the weekly meeting to discuss the status and concerns of on-going projects
- Informs the Sales Coordinator regarding actual status of project
- Creates Request for Delivery Receipt or RDR and send to accounting
- Monitors drawing for approval
- Monitors transmittal for production
- Reviews project scope of work and drawings if there's non-conformance
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related course
- Six (6) months of experience in manufacturing set-up an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Highly organized and keen to details
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work with minimal supervision.
