- Perform regular quality assessment on all incoming materials and outgoing products.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Understand requirements of products based on specifications.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner.
- Perform other management mandated functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least high school graduate
- 1 year experience in quality control either in Production, Warehouse and/or Logistics
- Keen to details, observant and organized
- Good analytical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Can work under minimum supervision
